Delivery and FAQ

We offer free standard delivery to uk mainland on orders over £1500.

Orders are usually processed and sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared funds and stock permitting. Delivery us usually 1-2 working days for uk mainland however please allow 5 working days. We can provide a tracking number and you’re local courier depot telephone number upon request.


If you have any problems just email us! You will  be provide excellent customer service and we have never had a problem that can’t be fixed!  For returns please keep your order receipt as this is your warranty, if you need to send anything to us please include a copy of this sheet with your item. Our Contact details are on the contact us page. Thanks.

Any discrepancies with orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged items 

All products are inspected and packaged carefully before being dispatched. On arrival of the items, customer are to inspect the items very carefully, and if a signature is required and there is any sign of damage, the customer should sign for the items as "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT" and inform us immediately. If items are received damaged and clearly signed for as "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT", we will replace the items at no extra charge. If this is not done then no claim can be made

Items that are faulty

If items are received and found to be faulty or broke, please email us within 72 hours from when the items were received.

items are to be returned back to ourselves adequately packaged and with a proof of purchase

you must take care of the items whilst they are in your possession and you should take reasonable care to ensure that we receive them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the items are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed, and become damaged as a result, we may have a claim against you. We will test all returned products and if the product is found to be faulty, we will offer you either a full refund or exchange and will reimburse any delivery costs you have incurred. If the item is found with no fault, the customer will then be liable for delivery costs to return the product back to the customer, no refund or exchange will be offered. We are not liable for returning a product that is found with no fault.  


We are not responsible for buyers remorse however we do endeavour to do our best in helping you with any issues that may arise. We will offer either an exchange of items or a full refund if the reasons for return are deemed acceptable, we will not reimburse for any delivery costs incurred by you, the customer.   

Delivery delays

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery of any items or any part of them caused by any act of God action by any government or any department of central government or any local government or any strike lockout industrial action riot civil commotion breakdown of machinery or vehicle power failure inclement weather fire failure or crop loss at sea detention at sea or port or any other event or contingency beyond our control.
If any goods shall be rendered unfit for delivery by reason of any of the above mentioned acts events or contingencies the contract shall so far as it relates to those goods be deemed to be discharged without liability on our part.
